Origin: Santa Maria Atzompa, Oaxaca by artisan Adrian Martinez.
Technique: This collection use an ancestral technique called BeeLoosh in Zapoteco. Beeloosh is a technique where hair is added onto the piece as it comes out of the kiln. The hair dissoves yielding the ray veined effect. This effect is believed to connect us to thunder which is synonymous with energy.
Color: Attained using natural mineral pigments. Variation is hue, tone, intensity of color will vary as wind, fire, and mineral pigment all play a role in the finished look

Care: Wash and rinse before first use. Use of heavy dish soaps discouraged due to its porous nature. Dry completely before storing.
