This collection is sourced from the Sierra Mixe in Tlahuitoltepec, Oaxaca, Mexico. Within Oaxaca you will find many micro-climates, and Tlahuitoltepec is one of cooler temperatures. As clay needs heat to cure and bake, often times, the process to make these pieces can take anywhere from days to weeks to complete.

 All pieces have are un-glazed. Food-safe and Lead-free
