Origin: Santa Maria Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico
Material: Black and white clay from mines in and around Atzompa.
Technique: Each cups is hand-spun, built, and fire-baked. Once cooked, they are thrown into a saw dust compost that yields its unpredictable earth tones known as reduction firing.
