Style

Origin: Made by artisan, Ana Martinez, in Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Material: Clay for these copitas is sourced from two different local clay mines from the mountains of Atzompa.

Color: The copitas are hand-spun, built and fire-baked. Once cooked, they are thrown into saw dust which yields its burnt natural earth tones. "Imperfections" & varitations in each piece is part of artisanal process. Just like snowflakes, no two pieces are the same.

Care: Wash and dry a couple of times before first use. Use of heavy soaps are discouraged due to its porous nature.
