Origin: In San Bartolo Coyotepec, Oaxaca. 

Technique: Each piece is hand built and spun. Cooked unground at low temperatures for about 12 hours. It's black/silver finish is attain after many hours of cooking.

 Care: Wash and rinse before first use. Use of heavy dish soaps discouraged due to its porous nature. Dry completely before storing.
