Origin: Santa Maria Atzompa, Oaxaca by artisan Isabel Martinez
Material: Made using black and white clay found in and around Atzompa.
Technique: Each piece is hand built and spun. Cooked using a reduction technique that yields its unpredictable earth tones. Each pochote spike is attached and molded by hand. The pochote is an iconic tree found in Oaxaca, Mexico all thru South America.

Care: Wash and rinse before first use. Use of heavy dish soaps discouraged due to its porous nature. Dry completely before storing.
