Zapotec Face Short Mug | Natural Tone
Origin: Santa Maria Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico.
Material: Black and white clay from mines in and around Atzompa.
Technique: Each cups is hand-spun, built, and fire-baked. Once cooked, it is thrown into a sawdust/wood compost which yields its unpredictable earth tones.
